Established in 1955, The Chicken Inn is a Third Generation family-run business. Renowned throughout Cork for providing outstanding chicken, pork and bacon products from their popular stall, The Chicken Inn is a beloved favourite among their customers.

Over six decades ago, Jack and Mary Mulcahy undertook a  daunting new endeavour, and opened a stall in Cork’s world-famous English Market. Their aim was to provide the freshest produce of the highest quality to the people of Cork, and so the story of The Chicken Inn began. In the years since, though much has changed and other businesses have come and gone, The Chicken Inn has remained a staple for patrons of the Market.

Having started small, The Chicken Inn has gone from strength to strength As well as staying true to their roots and selling their produce from their stall, The Chicken Inn also supplies many local restaurants and cafés on a wholesale level, with their exemplary products reaching all corners of Cork City.

Now proudly overseen by Tim Mulcahy, carrying the family business into a new era, The Chicken Inn continues to provide exceptional produce and outstanding customer service to the people of Cork.
